Cannes Makers Training Program reveals the 8
participants
The Marché du Film proudly announces the eight participants selected for the second edition of the Cannes Makers program, scheduled to take place from 20 to 22 May 2024 in Cannes.
The 3-day intensive training program, specifically designed for young professionals under 30, received an overwhelming response, with a record-breaking 370 applications from 76 countries, surpassing the response from last year’s inaugural launch.
Committed to nurturing the future leaders in international sales, Cannes Makers selected the eight participants for their fervor and engagement in the film industry, particularly in the areas of sales, distribution, and marketing. Their commitment to advocating key values such as diversity, inclusion, representation, and sustainability was also noted.
With the support of Creative Europe MEDIA, Cannes Makers will welcome these eight individuals to participate in the 2024 edition of the Marché du Film, where they will engage in various activities and group sessions tailored to shape their early career, enhance their professional skills, and gain valuable insights from numerous guest industry experts.
