The ballet 'Gustavia' and the documentary 'The Black Prince' explore the extraordinary journeys of Gustav Badin and Couchi, two former slaves who rose to prominence in European courts. Through dance, historical insight, and personal diaries, these films weave tales of resilience, artistry, freedom, and the power of reinvention.

With special guests Amir Chamdin (Artistic director and writer of the libretto) + Ann-Christin Danhammar (Project producer, Royal Swedish Opera) and followed by a reception hosted by Elzévir Films + Auditorium Films + SVT + IMZ.
