Cinélatino 2025 focus on Chile

For the first time, a country is being highlighted as part of the Professional Platform. We've called this new approach the ‘Fil Rouge’ (Red Thread) because it runs through all the components of the Professional Platform, enabling visitors to discover the different aspects of the audiovisual and cinematographic landscape. The festival's professional approach is complemented by a focus on the presence of home-grown productions, to showcase the wealth of creative talent on offer.

Chile thus inaugurates Le Fil Rouge.

This new dynamic has been developed on the basis of the exceptional work on co-production carried out by the students of the Paul Valéry Master's Degree in Production, which took the form of a round table on the Chilean audiovisual and film scene. To this end, the students have published a co-production guide.

A delegation of 14 representatives will accompany the Fil Rouge.

Le Fil Rouge Chile 2025 consists of :

  • a round table on the Chilean audiovisual and cinematographic landscape with a live broadcast on instagram and facebook @M2MPCA
  • Publication of a France/Chile coproduction guide

  • A delegation of 14 professionals and filmmakers
