Rising sustainability organization pitches at Ecoprod awards

At this year's Ecoprod awards for sustainability and ecology betterment, a rising new company known as ACCEPT took to the stage to discuss their meaningful business model and their goals for the future. ACCEPT stands for association of eco-production coordinators for ecological transitions, and their mission is to federate all green consultants in France. With the rise of eco-productions in the world of film, ACCEPT sets out to work with production teams to ensure that ecologically sound productions are attainable. The support this organization gives is intended to change the overall standard practices of the audiovision world, transitioning filmmaking into a fundamentally more environmentally sound field. 

At this time, ACCEPT feels that cinema is lacking in the framework necessary to become a more green field. It is their goal to meet the industry where it is now, exchange ideas on a larger basis and listen to the questions posed by those in filmmaking– then, to give them the necessary tools needed to improve. They described their innovation as a “collective energy that will move forward with you.”
