Hasbro at San Diego Comic Con : the pulse of the summer is on

 

Hasbro has done it again: setting the tone, the pulse of the Summer by its mind-blowing presence at the 2025 San Diego Comic Convention. Indeed, Hasbro set in fire it’s Booth #3213 and hosted the ultimate Fan Experience. And, of course, there were lines of devoted Hasbro followers to get their hands on the SDCC exclusive limited-edition collections.

 

This year Hasbro’s offering was TRANSFORMERS VOID RIVALS AUTOBOT JETFIRE, ZERTONIAN SOLILA, AND AGORRIAN DARAK, G.I. JOE CLASSIFIED SERIES #163, DREADNOKS COLD SLITHER: BAND OF VIPERS TOUR COMMEMORATIVE ACTION FIGURE SET, BEYBLADE 25TH ANNIVERSARY SET, GHOSTBUSTERS KENNER CLASSICS THE REAL GHOSTBUSTERS ECTO-GLOW HEROES COLLECTOR’S SET, STAR WARS: THE BLACK SERIES ANAKIN SKYWALKER & OBI-WAN KENOBI FIGURES, and MARVEL LEGENDS SERIES GAMERVERSE MARVEL SNAP SAVAGE LAND 3-PACK. The Celebration and the focus were on Transformers, Dungeons and Dragons, Magic: The Gathering, G.I. Joe, and Beyblade. Without forgetting, for the first time, a collaboration with the brands of Star Wars and Marvel, from Disney Consumer Products. What a “Tour de Force”! And for Tim Kilpin, President of Toys, Board Games, Licensing & Entertainment at Hasbro, to explain: “As we continue to focus on our ‘Aging Up’ strategy, we’re delivering premium collectibles and immersive experiences designed to resonate with our fans. From highly anticipated convention exclusives at the Hasbro Pulse Toy Store to engaging brand panels, partner collaborations, and experiences throughout the city, we’re inviting fans to celebrate the passion and storytelling that define our iconic franchises.”  In the “spirit” of the ‘Pulse’ theme for this year Hasbro booth, fans were able to explore, explore and engage with the hottest Hasbro products. Hasbro set up a ‘G.I. Joe Cold Slither Live Concert & signing! This was an explosion og original metal mayhem classics from the 80s. The whole downtown San Diego rocked all night long with such a memorable night. To celebrate Marvel and especially one of the “neighborhood-friendly super-hero”:  Spiderman, Hasbro set up at the Hard Rock hotel the whole Spiderman hood with comic book nods, immersive experiences, and brand-new cards. Hasbro was also back at the Petco Park Lexus Premier Lot with ‘Magic: The Gathering cabbage cart/ Avatar: The Last Airbender’. You were able to step right up to the legendary Cabbage Merchant and get an unforgettable photo before getting an Avatar: The Last Airbender promo card. And the wild fun didn’t end there as Hasbro packed the four days of the convention with one more breathtaking, deep, immersive, interactive experience at an insane non-stop pace. There were also jammed-packed, amazing panels like ‘The New Era of Power Rangers’, with the launch of the VR Troopers series. Another panel was about ‘G.I. Joe.’ With a behind-the-scenes look at what is coming next. There, also, were panels for ‘Star Wars’, talking about the new Hasbro Star Wars figure line, and the Marvel panel introducing the next Marvel Legends products line. Finally, let’s not forget to mention a super exciting panel for Transformers that unveiled the latest character figures from across the iconic brand.
