Riemann plays the mother of Stella Goldschlag and the action is based in the 40 in Nazi Germany. It is the true story of Jewish jazz enthusiast Stella Goldschlag (Paula Beer) who is denouncing other Jews in order to save her parents who are also musicians from deportation to Auschwitz. The film is based on researches and is also questioning says Riemann: How quick we are judging others, who are trying to save their love ones.
