Global Premiere and Cooperation Launch from Huace Group

MIPTV 2024 is around the corner, and we’re excited to announce our latest historical masterpiece "Flourished Peony" at the market. There will be a global premiere of the teaser, as well as announcement of global cooperation on this title. The event will be held on April 8 at China Pavilion (R7.E75). Detailed time will be updated later.

 

 

"Flourished Peony" has a unique perspective that breaks away from the traditional routine of Chinese costume dramas. Audiences can follow the journey of a young woman back in Tang Dynasty, who escapes from a marriage based solely on financial benefits. She is skilled in cultivating rare peonies, and becomes a successful businesswoman with this skill. It not only shows the eye-catching costumes from anceint China, but also demonstrates the prosperity of openness and tolerance with collision of characters.

 

The series is produced by an award-winning crew. It’s previous works such as “Meet Yourself” won Best Series Award at Seoul International Drama Awards 2023, and Best Series Award at 13th Macau International TV Festival; “Go Ahead” also won Silver Bird Prize in Seriel Drama category at Seoul International Drama Awards 2021. Both series are scroed 8.9 out of 10 on My Drama List.
