BRIDGING VISIONS (aka Bridging the Dragon) at Marché du Film 2025 program

 

Bridging Visions (formerly Bridging the Dragon), the European-Asian producers association, is pleased to be supporting two key events at Marché du Film 2025. As part of our ongoing mission to foster collaboration between the European and Asian film industries, we invite you to join us at the following highlights in Cannes.

Mongolian Films Pitch Session

 

 Friday, 16 May

 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion, Croisette Meeting Room

Organized by the Mongolian National Film Council, this session will present 4 selected Mongolian film projects currently in development and open to international co-production.

 

The session will also highlight Mongolia’s growing funding opportunities for international collaboration:

Up to 45% reimbursement on eligible production costs for international film projects shot in Mongolia, with a minimum local spend of $500,000

 A coproduction fund that may cover up to 50% of the Mongolian producer’s share of financing

 

 

 

Panel: Exploring China’s New Billion-Dollar Film Boom

The association continues to follow the rapid evolution of the Chinese film industry. The recent success of Ne Zha 2, one of the world’s highest-grossing animated films, is a strong reminder that China remains a dynamic market full of opportunity.

 

At this year’s Marché du Film, we are pleased to support the panel “Exploring China’s New Billion-Dollar Film Boom”, presented by the China Film Association, which will feature:
