Epic Animation Comic Game Fest - Call for Entries
The Epic Animation Comic Game Fest is now open for entries. EACG Fest will return to Silicon Valley on October 26-27, 2024. It is a multimedia celebration of art that you won’t want to miss.
EACG is accepting projects in a variety of mediums, including animation, comics, and games. Both short and feature length animated films are accepted, as well as films using mixed-media. Filmmakers of all ages and experience levels are invited to submit. Screenwriters are also welcome to submit their unproduced scripts.
In the comic categories, we are accepting comic art of various lengths, from single illustrations to graphic novels. All art must be of the artist’s original design.
Game creators can submit their original game designs. Guests will be able to play them in person. Both video and tabletop games are accepted.
EACG is also hosting a songwriting contest. Original songs written for animation or games may be submitted. Participating musicians in past years have been invited to perform at the award ceremony!
Film screenings will be followed by q&a’s with the filmmakers. Filmmakers are also invited to attend the red carpet masquerade preceding the award ceremony.
Creators of all mediums are invited to attend the EACG Fest’s art market. Professionals in the animation, comic, and game industries will be present to discuss distribution deals. There will also be an industry led panel on how to utilize new media such as the internet and AI to improve your work.
Submitted projects must have a completion date of January 1, 2020. All non-English films must have English subtitles.
